Fueling Stations
Powertech offers a variety of vehicle fueling options to meet the demands of any use case.
Modular Station
Our modular hydrogen refueling stations are configurable for H35 and H70 fueling of cars, busses, and trucks with capacities from 250 –2,000 kg/day. The standard sizes are appropriate for fleets of all sizes and the modular station architecture enables the station to scale over time as your fleet or station demand grows.
Portable H70 Station
Our containerized H70 refueling station packages compression, cooling and dispensing in a 26 foot container enabling easy installation and re-siting. At 100 kg/day the station includes enough capacity for a moderately sized car fleet or low demand truck fueling.
H35 Fueling from trailers
The Powertech Trailer + Dispenser combination is a low-cost, highly reliable solution for fueling H35 vehicle fleets. This solution cuts the estimated cost of investing in hydrogen delivery and dispensing by up to 50% and can fuel up to 20 buses per load.
High Capacity, Smart Trailers
We offer the Highest Capacity, Medium Pressure trailer on the market. Every element of the trailer—the unmatched capacity, a fully automated control system, and fast fill and offload speeds— maximizes throughput, safety, and reliability, while minimizing operational costs.
Export System
Every extra minute a tube trailer sits on the pad is money left on the table. Powertech’s Hydrogen Export System turns high-purity hydrogen into billable product with up to 5 tonnes per day of trailer-ready gas—all from a single touchscreen.
Our Hydrogen Export System is an efficient solution for loading tube trailers and is scalable to a wide range of hydrogen production applications. When paired with our smart trailer this system uses communicated trailer data to optimize the loading process, while offering an unprecedent level of safety for trailer loading operations. Our Hydrogen Export System is available as a complete solution (compression + Export Panel) or just the export panel.
