Test Report Authenticity
Every official Powertech test report carries a unique identifier and is backed by secure verification protocols. This gives our clients peace of mind that results are genuine, traceable, and fully aligned with accredited testing methodologies—protecting the integrity of their products and systems.
Unique Report Identification
Each test report is assigned a unique identifier. This report number can be referenced when contacting Powertech Labs or using our online verification tool to confirm authenticity.
Official Signatures & Stamps
All official Powertech test reports include digital signatures or a lab director’s sign‐off. We may also apply an official lab stamp or watermark to verify that the report originated from our accredited facility.
Online Verification Tools
Our secure client portal allows you to enter the unique report ID or scan a QR code to confirm the validity of a given test report and ensure it matches our internal records.
Accreditation Reference
Every valid test report contains Powertech’s accreditation details (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025), along with the relevant accrediting body’s logo or certificate number. These can be cross‐checked on the accreditor’s official website.
Traceability & Chain of Custody
We document the sample’s journey from arrival at our lab through final testing. This chain of custody references the calibrated instruments and technicians involved, ensuring traceability of results.
Scope of Testing & Methodology
Our reports specify which standards (IEEE, IEC, CSA, etc.) or test methods were used. This transparency helps clients confirm that recognized best practices have been followed.
Limitations & Disclaimers
Authentic Powertech reports clarify any limitations or disclaimers. For instance, results apply only to the tested sample under specified conditions and should not be generalized beyond the stated scope.
Data Security & Record Retention
All test data is securely stored in our data management system. We maintain these records for a defined period, allowing us to reconfirm and reproduce results if needed.
Counterfeit / Alteration Warnings
Any altered or tampered report is invalid. If a test report appears suspicious or missing pages, contact Powertech immediately to verify authenticity.
