- Steep Front Impulse, Partial Discharge, Corona and Radio Influence Voltage (RIV)
- 12.5kV-3.3MW feed for testing power equipment (ex. Kiosks, EV charge systems)
- 0 to 4.6kV or 13.8kV 5MVA-1MW generator test set for Transformers and TRU tests
- Dielectric Test capabilities:
- AC up to 1.2MV
- DC up to 1.0 MV
- LI up to 3.2 MV
- SI up to 2.0MV
- RIV/Corona test up to 650kV AC & DC

Energized Environmental Testing
Simulating real-world environmental stress to test insulation durability.

- Energized Salt fog testing (3 chambers – IEC 62217 & others)
- Tracking wheel testing (IEC, ANSI and IEEE test standards)
- Inclined plane erosion & tracking tests

TRU & Transformer Testing
Full-scope testing for Transformer Rectifier Units and power and instrument transformers.
- TRU Testing (Up to 34.5kV, 60Hz):

- Temperature rise & load testing
- Harmonic analysis, voltage regulation, audible sound, short circuit testing
- Rated power tests up to 2.5 MW
- Standards: IEEE 1563.2, ANSI 34.2

- Transformer Testing (Up to 4.5 MVA):
- Dielectric testing: Applied, Induced, Impulse
- Load/no-load losses, impedance voltage, polarity
- Partial discharge, dissipation factor, commutating reactance, short circuit testing
- Standards including but not limited to: IEEE C57.12.90, C57.12.91 and various IEC standards.
