DSATools software support policy:
- Technical support is provided from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays in British Columbia, Canada.
- Technical support is available only to users with valid user support agreement.
- Technical support is available for the latest version of the software and two prior major releases. For example, if the latest version is 24, the supported versions will be any releases between 22 and 24.

May 13, 2024 – DSATools LDK RTE Installer* updated to contain Thale’s Sentinel LDK Run-time Environment version 9.16 (this version is backward compatible, i.e, it supports older DSATools version) – Thales Security Bulletin #KB0028187, Sentinel HASP LDK Runtime versions prior to 9.16 may pose a risk if an attacker has direct local access to the local systems, due to a local privilege escalation vulnerability. We recommended all users to update their LDK Run-time Environment to version 9.16.
