Powertech has suspended the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy (Policy) effective September 26, 2022. While the Policy is suspended, Powertech will not require employees, visitors, the workers of its contractors and suppliers (including their subcontractor workers) working, visiting, or attending at Powertech workplaces to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Any provision of a contract requiring compliance with the Policy will be deemed inoperative during the suspension.

This is based on current situation, and we will continue to monitor conditions and take advice from health authorities and reserve the right to reinstate or revisit this Policy and adopt COVID-19 related health and safety measures in the future.

Visitors and contractors are expected to continue to comply with applicable communicable disease plans, and to meet any applicable, including possible future, WorkSafe BC, public health authority, Powertech or other health and safety requirements.
