Energized Environmental Testing

The High Voltage Lab offers a range of solutions for evaluating the resistance of insulating materials to tracking and erosion in harsh environments. Our testing capabilities include:

  • Two chambers for energized salt fog testing (IEC 62217 and other standards)
  • Tracking wheel testing (dip wheel and spray wheel)
  • Inclined plane tracking and erosion testing.

We are happy to work with you to develop custom testing procedures and also work closely with the Materials lab to offer a wide variety a materials evaluation solutions.
