Ms. Leanne Sharpe is the Engineering Team Lead for the Hydrogen Infrastructure team within the Advanced Transportation sector at Powertech Labs. In this position, she plans, supervises, and implements a variety of major multidisciplinary projects for global utilities, OEMs, research and government organizations. Leanne has a background in Engineering Physics, Electrical/Controls Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, and has over 10 years’ experience as a project manager in alternative energy, forestry and oil & gas industries. She is a registered Professional Engineer with the Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
Mr. Liam Quinlan is a Project/Design Engineer and member of the team responsible for the design and production of hydrogen fueling stations. Mr. Quinlan completes the mechanical design and documentation including construction documents, as-built documents, and component documentation. He is responsible for the mechanical component selection and procurement and assists in managing projects, client relations and procurement.
Mr. Quinlan played a key role in the mechanical design of the Hydrogen Station Equipment Performance Device (HyStEP), the first hydrogen station testing device in North America. He is a member of the technical committee for the development of the Canadian Hydrogen Installation Code and a technical expert on ISO/TC 197 WG 19.
Mr. Glenn Wong is a Production Engineer for the Hydrogen Stations group in Powertech’s Advanced Transportation sector. He is an experienced manufacturing Engineer and Project Manager leading the production of Powertech’s hydrogen fueling stations. His work focuses on production scheduling, project documentation, quality system implementation, and cost reduction.
Prior to joining Powertech, Glenn worked for Advanced Flow Systems as a Program Manager where he managed projects related to fabrication and pressure vessels. He is a Professional Engineer registered with the Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
